Terms and Conditions for the Game Night Live Las Vegas Grand Prize
All GNL League Teams must agree to the following terms and conditions listed below in order to participate in the finals event and qualify to participate in the Grand Finals event.
- Only those who come to finals and play as part of the winning team are able to utilize the all-inclusive package. (Maximum of 8)
- We believe in the buddy system! 2 people per room.
- Game Night Live will pay for lodging.
- You and your team would be responsible for getting to and from Las Vegas
- This prize is not redeemable for a cash prize.
- If you choose to forfeit the prize, you can swap with the second place prize as long as second place accepts the trip. Otherwise, there is no cash value in exchange.
- You agree to be present at the trivia Grand Finals Game while on the trip. If you are not present, you will be responsible for paying Game Night Live back $400 per not present participant.
- The Grand Finals Game rules are the same as the finals event you won. Only your team is allowed to play and no phones etc…
- Game Night Live is not liable for any injuries.
- Must be compliant with Rules and Regulations of all MGM affiliates and Omega mart.
- You, your family, heirs and relations agree to hold Game Night Live harmless for anything that happens on the trip or on the way too and from Las Vegas. You take full accountability and responsibility for anything that happens and all issues are to be dealt with and solved in the legal jurisdiction of Ada County, Boise, ID.
Terms and Conditions for the Game Night Live Las Vegas Finals
(non first place)
All GNL League Teams must agree to the following terms and conditions listed below in order to participate in the finals event and qualify to participate in the Grand Finals event.
- Only those who come to finals and play as part of a finals team are allowed to come to come to the Vegas Finals. It must be original teams, no mixing/joining other teams. (Maximum of 8)
- You are responsible for your own lodging, but we have provided a link to the same package we are using here if you would like to utilize it.
- To participate in the Las Vegas Finals it will cost $200 per player to cover entrance costs and food & drink at Datamosh @ Omega Mart.
- You will need to rsvp and pay Game Night Live by May 22nd (Venmo: @Game Night Live, add name and team name in memo) (RSVP to info@gamenightlive.com with player names & team name)
- You and your team would be responsible for getting to and from Las Vegas
- The Grand Finals Game rules are the same as the league finals event. Only your team is allowed to play and no phones etc…
