So, you’re INTERVIEWING someone…
You are NOT TRAINING someone…so….some guidelines for you!

YES!

NO!

º I should introduce myself to the interviewee
ºI should tell the interviewee to play the first game in the crowd
º I should have the interviewee ask only one round of questions during game 2
ºDuring the round they ask questions; I should have the interviewee collect answers and interact with the teams
º If the interviewee has any questions, please point them to contact Rachel whom they have been working with during this entire interview process
º Do your interview report (and nightly report) before you leave the venue
At the end of the day we are just looking to see 3 things:
1) How are they on the mic
2) How well do the interact/connect with your teams
3) Do they look like a decent human who is put together and reliable/dependable
× I should have the interviewee sit with me behind the computer (other than when they ask the questions in Game 2)
× I should teach the interviewee how to keep score
× I should show the interviewee the nightly report
× I should sit back and have the interviewee run the full game
× I should tell the interviewee the specifics about how Game Night Live works
× I should discuss pay with the interviewee
× I should air my grievances about Game Night Live or the venue with the interviewee (we really hope you don’t have any!)
Bottom line, they are NOT hired yet so you can’t share ANY insider info with them. Just direct them to Rachel
